As we pick up from last week's episode, Mr. Garrison tells Cartman to go find Mephisto, the genetic engineer, to find out who his real dad is. Meanwhile, it turns out that the town of South Park was going to just hand over Santa Claus in a teddy bear suit instead of the prophet Mohammad (now censored in both appearance and name). As this is revealed, Mecha-Barbra Streisand begins attacking the town. Cartman gets into Mephisto's lab by having Mitch Connor (his fist) disguise as a black man in distress (using the "we have a black president" routine to goad him). Before he can get an answer, Kyle, Stan, and Kenny enter the lab with Mohammad, begging Mephisto to clone him so they can give those to the rowdy celebrities and gingers. Mecha-Streisand crushes Pip the British kid.
After she destroys Casa Bonita and Country Kitchen Buffet, the Super Best Friends are enlisted to help stop Mecha-Streisand, and they have Vishnu use his transforming powers to turn into Neil Diamond, because as we all know she can't resist performing a duet with him. The ruse works and the beast is subdued. But the gingers have infiltrated Mephisto's lab and have taken the whole gang and Mohammad hostage. They make a bargain with the celebrities: share Rob Reiner's goo-machine and they'll share Mohammad. Cartman is meanwhile taken to the ginger king: Scott Tenorman, the kid whose parents Cartman had killed (and fed to Scott) many years prior. Scott promises to reveal who Cartman's dad is in the most painful way possible.
Tom Cruise successfully uses the goo machine and is now censored in appearance and in name like Mohammad. At this point, Tenorman has revealed to Cartman that they both share the same father, who was a player for the Denver Broncos. The Super Best Friends come to save the situation, only to pause to laugh that Tom Cruise has Seaman on his back. Reiner's goo experiment is proved to be ineffective, as Cruise can still be made fun of even with Mohammad's goo. Kyle learns something today, and gives a speech that is completely censored. (As does Jesus.) South Park rebuilds it town for the 39th time, while Cartman is in mourning: over the fact that he's half-ginger. But Mitch Connor cheers him up by telling him that he's also half-Denver Bronco, which makes him pretty cool. Tom Cruise is suffering too, because he can't be any place where he won't be ripped on for who he is. The boys promise to send Cruise to a place where that will never happen again: the "Zypod Kingdom" on the moon. The final shot of the episode is of Cruise's corpse on the moon aside "Willzyx" the whale's, who the kids sent many years ago.
